“Wonderful staff.”

“Booked hotel room here for a king bed and beach view and couldn't have been more disappointed The room #109 was an end unit in the split-level basement. You actually had to exit into the stairwell to access it. I don't think it was originally meant to be a room to sleep in. It looked like a jail cell and smelled of mold. I think the pictures provided in the listing online are actually the sister hotel across the street. The room I was given looked nothing like what I signed up for. The bathroom……

“First appearance very clean and well maintained from the lobby to the room. Great staff always friendly and willing to help. Convenient location walking distance from restaurants and shops. Breakfast was good with everything from bacon and eggs to waffles.”

“Room was outdated. Broken floor tiles. Freezer/fridge leaked from ice buildup in freezer. Needed painted. Other roo.s had been updated but this one I guess had yet to be done. Great view on oceanside though.”

“Great location and plenty to do on the board walk and near by shops/ restaurants! Very central location. Rooms need TLC, they need to be upgraded. Old Carpet and dingy bathrooms. The lobby and restaurants are nicely remodeled and food is great”

“Severely aged, rusty, dirty and damp in room. Sand all over the made beds. Damp environment even with air conditioner on. Baby roaches seen twice.. Parking lot was poorly laid out with a bottleneck entrance. I wouldnt stay here again for free...”

“What a run down motel. You get what you pay for. We were just trying to stay close to Rockville event. We saw drug deals and prostitution at back of property and all along the street beside the motel”

“Stayed for one night to go to Rockville concert. Run away, I've stayed in questionable motels but this was the absolute worst. We can start with the questionable door locks, the smell in the room, the bugs, the mold in the bathroom. It's not worth the money you're saving ”

“床灯不亮也没有人修理，电插座也是旧的，接触不良！ 没有无线网络，当然是免费的！洗手间里的东西都是非常旧！ 非常失望的旅馆”

“Okay the room has a mini split the AC is right where the bed's at so that helps you keep cool but it takes like a whole day with this heat that we're having it could be an ice machine also in a property I mean when I was checking in you know it took me like 10 minutes to get a hold of the I guess the property manager but hey for the rate that I paid was excellent and it was so close to downtown to the beach so you got to give and take what I stayed there again no I'll try to find a better hotel”

“Apartment & location was excellent. The problem was that the temperatures during our stay was extremely cold. The HVAC wasn’t working properly & I couldn’t sleep the first night thinking the heater was going to blow up trying to get the room to an acceptable temperature. It ran for 12 hours straight overnight and only got the room slightly warm. To took another day to get the unit repaired. Thankfully the 2nd night was warm enough to sleep. I would definitely stay here again but would double……

“Our room was impeccable and very spacious. They upgraded us to an ocean view room which was so nice! The poolside service and food were great. The only complaint is that the shower near the pool was not working so there was no way to wash off the sand from our feet before we got into the pool.”
