"The room was clean and spacious. The view was breathtaking and the walking areas were stunning for nature lovers like me. I his would be the best comfortable stay in Bicheno that you can get
The bed was slightly uncomfortable in terms of the price we paid . The advertised penguin viewing is underwhelming and the best viewing areas were cordoned off in the evening leading to 5-6 penguins maximum available for viewing. Ideally , this should be open for resort guests as this is too close to the venue and we have paid premium for the stay . The other operator has a monopoly and we are stuck if we cannot get the booking from that operator"
