"No wi-fi and no tv were two of the main perks. The dark skies and end of the road location were the main attraction. The nearby hiking trails and endless beauty were the surprise. The desert had just had rain so it was blooming everywhere (luck, not good timing) which added to the awe. The room was dated but clean and neat. "Great stay. Right across the street from the general store just in case we forgot something, or the always important necessity...ICE. Everything was very close...Big Bend entrance is 5 minutes down the road, and the restaurants and bars are 10-15 minutes away. The POOL was a great feature. We spent a good amount of time up there... again amazing views!"
