We enjoyed sitting in the backyard with wood burning it the outdoor stove. The furniture was very unique. The place was clean and the neighborhood was quiet. We will definitely return to Casa Acero."

"We enjoyed our stay at the House of Trails. To those looking to book here: Cons: We had a couple issues with cleanliness of utensils and under furniture. Also, the unit would be a difficult place to stay if you’re sensitive to noise while sleeping. The water heater woke me up (though closing the laundry door solves that), as did the dishwasher. The window unit woke up one of my children. I turned mine off and slept fine as the night air is cool. If you’re a sound sleeper, this likely will not...

"We loved our stay at Prairies Cottage. The property was clean and comfortable, check in information was communicated early and was very easy! We didn’t have tons of time to use the backyard but the kids explored it and it looked like it would be awesome if you have kids and want to be sure they are safe and having fun outside while you make dinner (or while eating dinner!). We have three kids and they loved all sleeping in the one room together! Made an excellent place to stay while we explored...

"Everything was easy with this location. The house is in great shape and has everything you need supply-wise. Great proximity to Alpine & Big Bend! The only thing to be aware of is 1 bathroom. For 3 of us, that was no big deal. But might be tough for larger families. Will, the host, was super informative and its a place we'd definitely stay again."

"Wasnt what we expected. Didn't realize it was right on main street. The house smelt old. Couch was not comfortable and the TV was way to high to watch without your neck hurting. Bed was comfortable. The house that showed from outside was not the house. It was just ok for one night. Slept good though."
