The Front Desk Manager (female) on Check In (on 21 June 2024. was extremely difficult and not Welcoming and miserable All other staff were good ….. Just Front Desk Manager was not nice Front Desk Check In (Normal Staff) we’re good.

Like almost everything the property had to offer. Rooms were nicely arranged and clean. Loved the amenities, maybe except the gym. The restaurants was good as well. Overall enjoyed my stay. Will definitely be back here next time I visit BKK
