Older hotel but was renovated. Good for a short trip though. The only gripe I had was the small elevator that only allowed 2 people at a time but even that wasn’t too bad. We just took the stairs. Great location

Walking distance to the beach which is very convenient. Property was very clean and staff were helpful and welcoming. No pool though. The attached restaurant had happy hours for drinks and food as well! Would recommend a stay here!

The hotel is very close to the beach. The staff is very nice & friendly. They show us a public parking with very cheap rate ($20 per day) The room is small & not cleaned enough. Some corners in the room still have dust. The bathroom is small & old. The water from shower is not strong enough. The bed’s mattress made sound when I moved my body.

Really lovely last minute stay at the Kent Hotel last week. Hotel ideally placed for Ocean Drive/ beach and lovely restaurant and bar attached. Didn’t feel like a budget hotel at all with original art deco features. If you want an early night request a room away from the outside bar as music quite loud until early hours of morning but to be expected in south beach.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are decent, bathroom small but doable. I wish there was a pool on the property. Valet is seperate and is pretty pricey at $40/night. Overall I would stay again.

We stayed one night on a busy Saturday, Memorial Day weekend. The staff was extremely friendly and gave us information about the drone show which was part of the Air and Sea show! Great location to night life and the beach! Wonderful stay!
