As is the case across Thailand, you’ve got numerous options for getting around Pattaya. Much of the transportation is very cheap, but varies in speed and comfort. The classic form of local transit is the songthaew, also known as the baht bus, which is a pickup truck with a metal roof bolted on top. For more personal space jump on the back of a motorbike taxi, or take a taxi for the most comfortable ride.
