“The Legacy Inn is a beautiful place to stay. Everything is so clean and comfortable. Soft fluffy towels in the huge bathroom. (We were in the Eden Suite). Fresh crisp bedding and comfortable beds. It’s in a beautiful setting but within minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Definitely would recommend this Inn.”

“We enjoyed our stay at this property and it was clean, well equipped with all the modern conveniences, and provided a nice alternative to a hotel. It was a good fit for us with our small dog and was a short drive to the places we wanted to visit. We were there for a long weekend and it is along a busy street so the only drawback was the traffic noise during the day.”

“There were wasps and hornets living in nests on the porch. We used wasp killer from the local Food Lion. Rustic is a good word. Needed cleaned. The hot tub and secluded nature was good.Overall okay weekend.”

“Inaccurate advertisement. This is a MOTEL, locks were installed poorly, window did not latch. Broken furniture. Overall clean inside and staff was nice, but staircases up to 2nd level/walkways smelled of smoke and moisture. If we were looking to stay in a motel, our expectations would have been set different. Again, not terrible, but advertisement just not fully transparent. Staff was very kind, however.”

“Lovely property with quiet, wraparound deck from which to enjoy the wildlife. Lots of birds, deer, and bunny rabbits as well as the cows that came to the fence in the afternoons. We enjoyed the fire pit and JJ filled up the wood pile for us more than we expected! We were looking forward to enjoying the very clean hot tub, but the weather did not cooperate - next time! We were close enough to Shenandoah to hike several days and we explored Luray Caverns one day, so the location is ideal. The……

“It was a beautiful cabin, exactly what we needed to get away from the city and just disconnect. If you’re not comfortable driving on mountain roads, just something to think about. Overall an amazing little getaway. ”

“My husband and I loved the unique Hotel Laurance. It is so beautiful and well done. Our room had a lovely kitchen, sitting area and bedroom. The building is old, but completely renovated and has no elevator. We did have to walk up a flight of steps to the 2nd floor and then a few steps in front of the door to our room. The hotel and room were very clean and quiet. Jenn, the manager, was always available to answer any questions I had and the self check in process was very easy to do. We wish we……
