Room was clean, Staff was nice, Close to train station from airport. Hotel is great but unfortunately it's not in the best location.

Excellent hotel a service is top notch from the moment you check in, using the spa, room service, dining, housekeeping, etc. everyone is very helpful an attentive to the needs of the guest. Great location.

Great location in Old Town, very walkable yet quiet. The room we had, 155, really needs a remodel. The old built-ins were charming, if a little impractical, but bathroom and other furnishings, flooring and general maintenance needs improvement. Bed was comfortable and housekeeping was good. The breakfast offerings, included in the price, were great, including made-to-order omelettes Overall, front staff was good but not proactive with describing facilities and surrounding areas. Niklas at front desk was very helpful and friendly.

The room was very clean and quiet despite being very close to the Hauptbanhof. One can take S1 or S8 from Munich airport and you can literally walk to the hotel front in minutes. Spa facility was included in our fare. Their IsarBar makes fabulous cocktails so definitely worth it. It's walking distance to the old town, a few museums and beer gardens nearby. The only negative for me personally is that the pillows were very floppy so if you need firmer one, remember to ask the staff.

Lovely hotel, was upgraded which was great, lovely staff, good breakfast, only drawback was a little noisy at night.
