Birch Hill Gully Tours

We originally reserved a suite with kitchenette. However, on arrival when checking in, and asking, we were able to snag a suite with a full kitchen for only $5 extra a night...we stayed for a total of 6 nights!! We were very happy with the suite. Very clean with a very comfy bed. However the sleeper sofa was very uncomfortable for sitting. And it was locked down so that you couldn't pull it out for sleeping. Also the kitchen had almost everything needed except for a large bowl. Simple coffee maker was a huge plus for me. They are my favorite! Full size microwave, fridge and stove. Denny's is connected to the hotel so there's no need to leave the hotel to dine there. Moxie's is located there as well. Very convenient. We very much enjoyed our stay here.

We stayed for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. We had a lovely breakfast delivered to our door every morning and a Nespresso machine with infinite pods right in our room along with a selection of teas and an electric kettle. Michele and Simone ensured that every need we had was met. The property is located near several wonderful bakeries and the short, walk to downtown was lined with beautiful colorful Newfoundland homes. A serene scenic park was also located very close by. We would absolutely recommend this property and will definitely use it as our main stay for future visits.

The convenience of this hotel was perfect! Would stay there again!
