Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

This was not worth the stay

It was terrible I did not spend one night in the place it was never safe to start with door would not lock i explained that someone was living in that rental when it was not being rented there was no heat and blood was all over the bed mattress cover and they still did not want to do a refund the host never responded and they are sayinfg i must first contact the host and give him time to respond for what he has not responded in 72 hours this is a whole RIP OFF I will never book with this host or agency again if i could upload photos of this i would but the dont have that option
