"It all comes down to expectations. We paid a very high price for three nights and the apartment had a 4-star rating on hotels.com so we expected a decent place to stay. Could have booked a good hotel in the area for less but chose the apartment as we were traveling with a 3-year old. On the positive side the location of the apartment was good. "I found the hotel really good in general - top location near Vienna’s main train station with shops open til late. The room was clean and uniquely designed with was fun. Hotel staff were super polite and helpful always. The free tea/coffee in the morning was a great bonus. If it was easier to contact the reception (no number provided, had to go down each time) and a few extra amenities in the room were provided (e.g. a safe) I would give the place 5/5\. Amazing stay! "
