4-room semi-detached house 140 m2 on 2 levels. Tasteful and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with open-hearth fireplace, dining table, satellite TV, hi-fi system and DVD. Exit to the terrace. Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with satellite TV. 1 double bedroom. Exit to the balcony. (ladder) gallery with 1 bed. Bathroom, sep. WC. Underfloor heating. Balcony, terrace partly roofed. Terrace furniture, balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair, baby cot, baby changing unit. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

Ein ganz tolles Ferienhaus, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es fehlt an nichts. Auch für Kleinkinder sind Geschirr und Stühle da, prima! Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und hatten auch als zwei 3-köpfige Familien ausreichend Platz.

Ein tolles, gemütlich eingerichtetes und sauberes Haus. Wir konnten zu jeder Tageszeit im Schatten sitzen, es gibt draußen viele Sitzmöglichkeiten. Ein lieber Willkommensgruß vom Vermieter lag bei der Ankunft bereit. Viele Wandermöglichkeiten vor Ort. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt und können das Haus uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

Wir durften letzte Woche mit 4 Generationen (Uroma, Oma+Opa, Mama+Papa, Kinder 2+5) einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus Birke verbringen. Es gibt eigentlich nicht viel zu sagen außer "alles war perfekt"! Das Haus ist sehr schön und gemütlich eingerichtet, alles ist sauber und in ausreichender Zahl vorhanden. Die Küche ist Top ausgestattet und lädt zum Kochen ein. Das Haus liegt sehr schön für Spaziergänge und da wir Schnee hatten, haben wir uns danach immer auf den kuscheligen Kaminofen gefreut.

Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Ausstattung lässt keine Wünsche offen, alles ist im besten Zustand und sehr sauber und gepflegt. Zur Begrüßung gibt es eine Karte und ein Willkommensgeschenk. Und sogar ein Schmankerl für den Hund. Man fühlt sich direkt wohl. Wir kommen sehr gern wieder!

Erster Familienurlaub mit Baby

Durch Zufall haben wir diese Unterkunft gefunden und das war ein absoluter Glücksgriff. Das Haus liegt extrem idyllisch und es ist wirklich alles in diesem Haus vorhanden. Die Räume waren super sauber und wirklich sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir waren sowas von begeistert und waren bestimmt nicht das letzte Mal in diesem Haus. Super Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus war liebvoll eingerichtet und ausgestattet. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zur Begrüßung hatte uns der Vermieter kleine Willkommensgeschenke bereitgestellt, worüber wir uns sehr gefreut haben. Es gab kleine Mängel an der Elektrik. Nachdem wir den Vermieter kontaktiert hatten, wurde uns in kürzester Zeit ein Elektriker vorbei geschickt und alle Mängel wurden beseitigt. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Immer wieder gerne

Die Unterkunft ließ keine Wünsche offen und hatte vor allem in der Küche eine gehoben Ausstattung. Sowohl für Wanderer ( Wanderwege direkt ab Haus) als auch Radfahrer (Bikepark nur 5 Minuten per Rad entfernt) ist sie sehr zu empfehlen. Sollten unsere Kinder wieder in den Bikepark wollen, würden wir jederzeit wieder dieses Haus buchen. Auch der Kontakt aufgrund eines Gewitterschadens mit dem Vermieter war sehr gut. Der Schaden wurde umgehend behoben.

Perfekt ausgestattetes modernes Haus, alles neu, mit Liebe und Geschmack ins perfekte Detail. Fußbodenheizung mit Thermostat, Terrasse mit sauberen Weber Grill, ehrlicher Kamin mit Holz, Gläser Teller Töpfe Besteck neu und reichlich, Kaffeemaschine Nespresso Milchaufschäumer Wasserkocher, kleine Stereoanlage mit Bluetooth usw usw usw einfach nur perfekt. Vielen Dank für die tolle Zeit, drei Generationen in einem wunderschönen Ferienhaus.

Sehr schönes Ferienhaus

Das Ferienhaus ist top ausgestattet und sehr gepflegt. Es gibt zahlreiche Ausflugsziele in der nahen Umgebung die man innerhalb von 1/2 Stunde gut erreicht. Direkt vor Ort gibt es keine Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, aber nur 10 min. mit dem Auto entfernt in Bischofsmais bzw. in 20 min. Entfernung in Regen.
