Cheesy B&B. Needs refurbishing.
Depends on your point of view on whether you will like this hotel or not. If you like cheesy cheap and cheerful then it's for you. If you're wanting something comparable to a chain hotel regarding quality then this isn't for you. It's a cheesy Blackpool B&B. Breakfast is good... but generally it's in need of a good modernisation.

Nice Hotel very near to Ma Kellys and the Beach.
It was a nice Quiet Hotel, the Manager and staff were very very nice and made you feel at home the Breakfast was Exellent we will Definetly be going back.

nice 5 mins to the beach
lovely place to go lots and a nice cheap tram ride for the hole family £11.00 for a family off 4 you can book lots off things in before you go. Go to the Blackpool zoo very good

Hotel for family weekend in Blackpool
Hotel is conveniently located near the promenade and we got 24 hour parking a few minutes walk away. Was impressed with family room when we arrived. It was a good size, clean and liked the layout of the beds. Unfortunately the double bed proved to be very uncomfortable so we did not get a very restful night's sleep. Breakfast was perfectly fine. Would have been 4/5 if it was not for the bed.

Perfect location and an excellent breakfast. Owners are very friendly and the rooms are good for the price you pay. Shower was a little bit small and difficult to manoeuvre in but it was manageable. Overall a very nice place to stay for a weekend in Blackpool.

Lovely B&B
Room a bit to high up, five flights. Staff friendly, and service great. Breakfast very filling. Will be going back again.
