“BOOK……THIS……HOME!The location is incredible, on a working farm, with a cafe and quaint restaurant, literally steps away.The Owners are sharing their family history with travelers and the modern updates and construction they have done is comparable to the best renovation teams on TV. It is well appointed, the attention to detail is strong, the beds are comfy, and a bathroom for every bedroom allows for space, and privacy for anyone staying. Having said all that, we met three of the owners and……

“Our stay at the Carmel Apartments in Falkirk was a wonderful reminder that you should never judge a book by its cover—or in this case, an apartment! From the outside it looked fairly ordinary, but stepping inside was a completely different story. The apartment was modern, spacious, and exceptionally well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. One feature that made my day was the washer-dryer combo, iron and ironing board which is always a welcome luxury when you're several weeks……

“Overall, a great stay! The location was excellent, and I especially loved the welcome video explaining how everything in the Airbnb worked—it was such a helpful touch. The property could benefit from a deeper clean, but it was generally tidy. A few more hooks for hanging coats or towels would be useful, and some additional lighting in the alley leading to the property would make arriving after dark feel safer. Overall highly recommend and would stay here again!”

“Zeer comfortabel appartement. Goede bedden. Ruime keuken met goede apparatuur. Zou eventueel nog een vaatwasser bij kunnen. Prima ligging, veel is op loopafstand. Fijne smart TV.”
