"I paid for a 3 bed room and got a double with an additional small bed in an airless entrance area. It was so small the entrance door only opened half way. I went to discuss this with reception and all I got was a push off from the male clerk at the desk. Expedia's help desk were great in calling ..."

"Our stay was everything that was promised. The premises were as luxurious as the surrounding could possibly permit (i.e., out in the middle of nowhere).
