Terrible management company. The property is lovely. The cabin is nice and homey. The hot tub was broken. I called multiple times to confirm it was working. Either I was lied to or the property managers lied to the owners. Either way, not a good look. Speaking of plumbing: there were two bathrooms available to us. BOTH TOILETS were clogged when we got there. I had to go into town to get a plunger because there wasn't one in the house. The two maintenance people who showed up for two minutes to fix the hot tub (and didnt fix it at all) were incredibly creepy. One of them looked at my girlfriend that even someone as white as me recognized as overtly racist. The dishes in the place were almost all dirty. There was a basement that we couldn't access. There wasn't enough hot water to draw a bath. We were told we'd be given a discount on the stay. No one has reached out to us. It's been a week. There are nice people that work at the company that owns this place. They just aren't the ones who do any of the cleaning or maintaining. There are other places to stay. The owners are wonderful and very communicative without it feeling overbearing. It felt much like staying with a family friend. The pictures also show a hot tub but it’s located outside the area/bedroom that wasn’t part of our rental space so we were uncomfortable using it and I don’t think we had access to any outside lighting in that area. The location was nice, it was comfortable and quiet.
