The newly renovated gallery house is modern furnished. It expects you on approx. 120m ² and on two floors a modern as well as romantic flair. The modern kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. In addition to all the important utensils for self-sufficiency, you will still find a dishwasher, a toaster, a JURA espresso machine, an induction cooker, a Miele oven and. V. M. in front. The light-flooded dining area in the gallery invites you to dine together or socialize.
The gallery house is not a party house. Music only in the house possible.
The gallery has free 220 Mbit Internet / WIFI. Adjacent to the gallery is the living room with a couch and a 60 '' LED TV.
The couch can also be used as a sleeping accommodation for a disabled person.
The open gallery area is air conditioned since 2019!
The modern bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet completes the offer. Bed linen and towels are already included in the rent.

The green property not fenced fenced. Here are two parking spaces available. An electric gate opener to the property is ready for you. A terrace with a Weber Gas Grill (May - September) invites you not only for convivial evenings. Due to the location in the countryside here, the retreat and privacy are very much appreciated. Gas you can buy for 15, - at the landlord.

Non-smoking house !!! , It may be smoked in the garden or on the terrace. The rental is for 5 people at a basic price, but accommodation is possible for up to 11 people.
Please note here that it will be closer in the house with a minimum occupancy of eight people. However, the room comfort is limited.

Should 1st or 2nd payments of the reservation be more than 24 hours late despite a request for payment, the booking will be canceled immediately.
