The manager family & staff were exceptionally helpful & professional. The breakfast buffet was extraordinary as well as the delicious egg omelet. Our room was lovely & comfortable. Chris was very helpful in helping us set up our car navigation system! A very pleasant stay & experience.

Our 2 nights at the hotel were amazing. We loved our balcony to relax and look out at the lake. So many shops & restaurants in walking distance. Our room was huge, so clean & very nice.

Lovely third floor suite overlooking Lake Bled complete with the perfect castle highlighted by a rainbow. Staff was young and professional while maintaining a warm sense of humor. Couple minutes walk to lake and restaurants, super market, swimming area and boat dock for getting to island church. Lake is stunning. Very nice and cozy place. Wonderful breakfast and great hiking nearby. For a family of 4, the room was a bit crammed, but beds were comfortable and we had everything we needed. We weee there the last week in June and the room doesn’t have AC or a fan. One night was particularly warm even with the windows open. But the beauty of this place was spectacular!.

Perfect location; great space. Bathroom was a bit small for 2 people in one room. Breakfast was amazing and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurant but will definitely be trying on my next visit.

This hotel is expensive, but I believe it offers great value. It’s luxurious without being pretentious, and I appreciate the fact that they do not charge you for every little thing, but rather include almost everything in the price. I highly recommend this hotel.
