The most amazing staff ever. The hotel is five star, its location perfect for restaurants, entertainment and shopping. The day I arrived I was out front of the hotel on the sidewalk (a middle aged gringo) looking for an ATM to get pesos and a man, Carlos, approached and asked if I needed help. Not only did he tell me where the ATM machines were, he offered to walk me (about a block away) to ensure I found them ok and walk me back. It turns out Carlos is the general manager of the hotel, and he did not even know I was a guest! I was shocked at how kind and helpful he was. Any establishment that finds this quality of man and promotes him to manager knows what they are doing. In that brief time Salvio earned my business for life. I hope this helps others who care about finding a top quality hotel that also truly cares about people. Stay here, you will love it. (And the views and food were great too)

The hotel is in a excellent location with multiple dining options nearby. The neighbourhood seems safe to walk around. The room was great with comfortable beds and pillows. The towels and toiletries are luxurious. The breakfast was not included in the room rate but it’s expensive. So, we ate at a cafe nearby.

Great Location!
The staff were absolutely excellent. I highly recommend the location. the room was lovely - my only issue is that the door lock chain was broken in my room and the coffee is literally 1 pod per day if you don't want espresso also water seems to be premium as they couldn't give us any at check in at nearly 11pm after a long day of travel. also the last day they didn't leave any water to make coffee so I had to go to the lobby to get water to make coffee

Staff is very nice. Rooms are clean and modern. Many restaurants to choose from at walk distance. However, a notable concern arose when I returned from breakfast one morning to discover both my room and locker unlocked. Although the concierge promptly investigated, reassuring me that only cleaning staff had entered to check for laundry, the incident left me with a lingering sense of insecurity.
