Clean, Comfy and Family Friendly Home (away from home)

Our beautiful 1500 square foot home is located in the warm and welcoming Clearbrook Estates and has tons of natural light. Easy walking distance to Settlers Park (at Meridian and Ustick). The home has an open airy floor plan with a fully equipped kitchen, pantry, dining room table and eat at counter bar (2) comfy living room with big screen TV, DIRECTV and DVD player, and with 4 bedrooms (2 queen beds each with flat-screen TV and DIRECTV, and 2 twin beds each in their own room for kids) plus an office with south-facing window and printer. Laundry has new LG Washer & Dryer. The backyard is spacious and fenced for privacy with views of mature trees. Propane BBQ and outside dining under lit umbrella. Pack and Play, high chair and stroller available.

Centrally located in the Treasure Valley, you're 15 minutes or so to Boise, Nampa and Eagle. Enjoy countless nearby restaurants, the Village in Meridian, float the Boise River, hike the foothills, or walk or bike the Boise Greenbelt. Bogus Basin Ski Resort is not even an hour away and Eagle Island State Park is only 15 minutes away! Not to mention Albertsons is just 1 minute away to go groceries shopping.

Perfect Location and Great Hospitality
We had 4 technicians in Meridian working on a major project for 3 weeks. The location of the house was spot on. What is posted online about this residence is true and our techs were very comfortable staying here. If we have to return to Meridian in the future, we will definitely use this host again.

Quiet peaceful place
We stayed at the property for Easter weekend 2024. Everything was great! The location was convenient to everything in town yet still quiet. Family room / living room is small but was fine for our party of 4 adults and 2 kids. Kids enjoyed the backyard for their egg hunt! Thanks for letting us stay in your place.

Excellent stay
This home was perfect for our stay in Meridian. We were a group of 4 adults and a toddler and we had room to spare. This home is very well stocked with all the essentials and plenty of extras like toys for youner guests, a wonderful high chair and even a stroller which we used to enjoy a walk through the beautiful neighborhood. I loved the fenced, private backyard as well as the gas grill and patio table. Unfortunately we had a rainy weekend and didnt use the table but it would have been a great space with nice weather! Loved recycling was available. Everyone loved the comfort of their beds and having a tv available in 3 areas. We will most definitely stay here again on our next trip.

There were five adults that came to town for a wedding. This home was perfect in every way! It was cool, temps were around 105* in over the weekend and it was nice to have great AC. The home was clean, the beds were comfortable and it had all the amenities needed! Great washer/dryer and a nice iron too…it’s the little things that made the stay so nice. Also it was nice to be able to park in the garage, especially with the weather! The neighborhood was quiet and the location was very convenient also. Thank you Sabrina for the great home away from home!

Nice place for graduation stay
It was as advertised and allowed for our multi generational family to stay comfortably. It was easy to get to and had a lovely backyard. We had everything we needed in the kitchen and appreciated the barbecue. If I were to make any suggestions it would be regarding the window blinds. They were cheap and allowed the sunlight to seep through quite brightly in all the bedrooms. Overall it was very comfortable and I would recommend others to stay here.

The house was comfy. The twin beds are more kid sized than adult sized. Queen beds we’re very comfortable . Nice linens. Quiet neighbor with quick access to stores , restaurants, breweries, downtown Boise & Sunny Slopes wineries. Basic we’re provided, soaps, shampoos, S&P, condiments etc.

We weren’t sure how this house was going to be but it was so nice and clean and livable. Good location to get around Boise. Nice neighborhood. Not that the pictures for the property are bad, they aren’t, but somehow it was even better in-person. Would definitely stay here again.

A gem in the gem state!
We loved this house! It was clean and comfortable and had more than enough room for my family and me. The beds were comfortable and we slept great. We loved the location. Very easy to get to the freeway and all the shops. It was also very close to our family which was a bonus. Next time we are in the Boise/Meridian area, we will be booking this place again!! 5 stars!

Loved our stay and all the little touches
We were very pleasantly surprised by all the little touches that were included in kitchen supplies and equipment, televisions in bedrooms, etc. The bedding was also above the norm and everything was clean and ready for our arrival. The hosts were easy to reach out to a very responsive with the few questions we had. The location is in a nice residential area, yet still very close to everything we needed as well as close to family we have traveled to spend some time with. We hope to again stay here in the future.
