It was a wonderful place clean modern nice neighborhood And I would recommend to a friend with the following caveats: 1. The upstairs bed was so uncomfortable. (It kept making a jangling noise every time they moved) The person ended up sleeping on the couch down stairs. 2. Construction workers started working on the house next-door 8 AM Monday morning with power tools. Hard to use the office space for a business call. And took up all the offstreet parking. 3. I thought the checkout list was a little lengthy. I didn’t mind so much starting the dishwasher and washing machine, but then having to haul the trash out to the alleyway it was maybe one step too much.

This is a beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood. The proximity to Hyde coffee shops, restaurants, park and shopping is fantastic. Property is close to campus and downtown, which was a perfect fit for our parents weekend. Clean comfortable home.

Great house in a great location
Very clean house in an awesome location. Plenty of spots for remote work in the house, well kept and decorated. Easy walk to local restaurants and there is a trail head into the hills around the corner. We were very comfortable at this house and glad we stayed there.

Great Little House, Perfect Location!
Very easy check-in. Greeted with coffee (Thanks!) and popcorn too! Location is basically 10-15 mins from everything in Boise! Can only imagine how awesome this neighborhood looks in the Spring and Summer with all of the trees! Highly recommend to anyone visiting the Boise area, and we would love to stay here again!

Comfy Northside Home
We had a lovely stay in this north side neighborhood with its many beautiful golden fall trees. Every room in this comfy house was updated with attractive decor. The neighborhood was quiet even on the Halloween weekend and there was plenty of parking. We look forward to staying there in the future when we return to Boise.

Clean, cute, description needs work
Very clean home in a mostly quiet neighborhood. (Loud talking and laughing one night on the street from 3am to 5am but that is not the owners fault) Entry instructions were incorrect as to key location but fortunately the back door was unlocked. Lovely welcome gift of wine and snacks. We actually accidentally locked ourselves out when we went to the backyard as door can be easily locked and pulled shut by accident (backyard is not listed or pictured in description btw) and manager responded very quickly. They also responded very quickly at 1 am same night when two smoke alarms beeped incessantly upstairs (we tried to fix but management had to actually remove the entire units in the middle of the night. ) so no smoke alarms for our stay. Listing says sleeps 6 but only if 2 people share a full bed, however our 5 were comfortable with one guest on a trundle on the floor. Good thing we are still spry. Kitchen was sparsely appointed with only 4 wine glasses. Overall basically comfortable and cute.

BEAUTIFUL BOISE BUNGALOW
This house was perfect for our Boise stay. Walking distance to Hyde Park and close to downtown, with easy access to the highway to make our way up to Eagle and Meridian to visit several friends who have moved to Boise recently. The home is located on a quiet street and is quite comfortable. I would plan to stay here again for sure!

Great new spot
This house is just gorgeous and the owners are super nice. The house is completely redone and beautiful. The location is fantastic, so close to the coop and downtown and everything you want from my trip to Boise. Also they left us snacks wine laundry detergent and a beautiful home. My new go-to for frequent trips to Boise
