Private: property 10 ha with lawn and trees, swimming pool (above ground) round (1,20 m diameter, depth 80 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 15.Sep.). Delightful Villa!
We were given a wonderful welcome from our lovely hosts at their delightful villa. The villa was very comfortable and had the most stunning views of Lake Bolsena from the enormous and very impressive garden. The location was perfect for visiting the many cultural towns and cities in the surrounding area. The unexpectedly warm temperatures helped to ensure that our holiday was excellent. Many thanks to Guiliana and Rosanno!

Sehr schönes Haus
Das Haus des netten Ehepaares Silvestri ist wunderschön gelegenen, uneinsehbar von einem 1ha großen Grundstück mit Olivenbäumen umgeben. Es führt nur eine kleine Straße entlang, die man kaum wahrnimmt. Die Einrichtung des Hauses ist sehr liebevoll gestaltet, wobei es die Hälfte der Deko „Stehrümchen“ auch tun würde. Einziger Schwachpunkt ist die fehlende Möglichkeit in einem Schlafzimmer Kleidung unterzubringen. In der Küche ist alles was man zum Kochen braucht vorhanden. Der Garten mit Blick auf den See ist traumhaft! Und das anfangs belächelte Miniwasserbecken ist an heißen eine herrliche Abkühlung. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Location.

Herrliches Domizil mit toller Lage
Das sehr gepflegte Ferienhaus mit wunderschöner Terrasse, umgeben von einem riesigen Garten mit Olivenbäumen, liegt oberhalb des Bolsena-Sees und überblickt diesen. Das Grundstück ist von außen nur wenig einsehbar, es gibt keine unmittelbaren Nachbarn. Die sehr freundlichen und zugewandten Vermieter tauchen einmal in der Woche auf, um den Garten zu pflegen, Rasen zu mähen und das Erfrischungsbecken zu warten; ansonsten kann man seine Privatsphäre genießen. Das Haus ist liebevoll privat eingerichtet. Zur Begrüßung lag eine Flasche Prosecco kalt im Kühlschrank, zum Abschied gab's ein nettes, persönliches Präsent und eine Flasche Oivenöl. Im Haus lebt es sich bequem und angenehm. Im Garten gibt es zwar keinen Pool, wohl aber das bereits erwähnte ungechlorte Erfrischungsbecken mit sprudelndem Wasserspeier, das man an heißen Tagen gern nutzt. Sat-TV (mit deutschen Programmen) und eine kleine Stereo-Anlage (mit CD-Player) sind vorhanden, allerdings darf man hier keine medialen Wunder und kein HiFi erwarten; die kleinen Geräte erfüllen ihren Zweck. Zu Fuß erreicht man Bolsena in ca. acht Minuten hangabwärts. Wer den Anstieg zurück nicht scheut, lässt das Auto also am besten am Haus stehen und marschiert in die hübsche Altstadt Bolsenas. Hinab bis zum See läuft man etwa zwanzig Minuten, so dass für den Besuch der lebendigen Uferpromenade eine Fahrt mit dem Wagen in den meisten Fällen eher zweckmäßig ist. - Wir haben uns zwei Wochen lang in diesem Domizil rundum wohl gefühlt.
