“This accommodation may not suit every type of traveler. Starting with the positives: Firstly, the room’s amenities were quite good, the room was clean and tidy upon arrival. Secondly, the guesthouse is located close to Bonn’s city center. However, there were a few challenges: First, upon arrival, there was no staff to greet us, so we were unsure how to enter. Thankfully, another guest helped us enter the building and our room. Second, we had to park quite a distance away and carry our luggage……

“Negative review of a hotel where I booked a room for four people and found only one bed to sleep in with my husband and my two children. The staff were unpleasant and rude, and they told me I had to pay an extra charge. Even though the surcharge seemed excessive to me, I agreed to pay for an additional bed, but they never even brought it to the room. They didn’t seem to mind that four people were expected to sleep in one bed. We paid 250 euros, which is completely overpriced for what this hotel……

“Ideal stay for what I needed, although could be improved. I would like more control with the air con. A lot of settings can't be changed. Also the duvets need to be bigger. Why have a single sized duvet with a double bed? More coat hangers needed as well. But overall a good stay and would stay again”
