“The unit was advertised to have washer dryer etc and nothing available on n site. Thankfully we contacted vrbo and they helped me contact the host who was not at all understanding. In fact she had a shared washer dryer in another area if the building with out of bounds sign. It was 11 pm when she asked me empty all the wet mattress sheets and also the dryer area if I need to use it. Not acceptable and we were travelling and hoping to get essentials done for the rest of the journey. She was very……
