Very cute property. Only there for one night. But great location.

Hotel was quiet and spacious. But wifi was terrible and room needs to be refurbished. But main concern was with check-in: it would have saved a great deal of stress and confusion if we’d been told the check-in procedures before beginning our trip - at least a day in advance. As it was, we arrived at the hotel with reception closed, no wifi, no phone linked to a local network. We were lucky to even get into the lobby. It was only through some creativity we were able to find out how to access our room key, and after a stressful period of uncertainty. This was not a good start to our stay.

Just a lovely experience in a large, well appointed room and modern bathroom.

Rydges South Bank is a very good hotel that is in a great location. The room are standard but clean and comfortable - we really liked the balcony with excellent views of the city. We would come back.

Fantastic, friendly staff. Room clean & comfy. Just a shame (although it is winter!) the pool/spa wasn’t clean/able to be used.
