I stay at this hotel twice a year for a few days each time and have for many years. This time they tried to charge me for parking lot fees times two because I had two rooms but we only had one vehicle. Secondly I didn’t see anything about parking lot fees when I booked it saying anything about parking fees. The manager did credit those fees, but I refuse to pay any parking lot fees. It’s not even a secure parking lot. You would’ve had a five star rating if not for trying to slip those fees in.

The customer service of the manager was excellent. Have stayed here many times but now the renovations are done it’s nice. The room was very clean- soundproof windows would be a good idea but it is what it is. Coffee was excellent but we don’t have time for the breakfast.
