It was fine for a night. Parking lot security was good. Kept homeless out of parking lot. Rooms were pretty good. I will say most Hyatt hotels I’ve been to are in better condition. This one showed some wear and tear. Bed was comfortable.

The room was mostly, clean and in good shape. The vinyl floor was peeling upward on one spot. Only major complaint, on my second to last day there, my room was not cleaned. Which is why i gave it four stars

The river view was the best part of our stay. Situated right by the Merced river. The staff gave us card keys that didn't work. When I came back to the lobby, they stated that is has been an issue. No apologies...? Very annoying to drag all your things up flights of stairs, after a long days travel ...
