"The place is great. Lots of space. It has two balconies and one rooftop terrace. They all have incredible views. The rooftop terrace is large with seating and a table large enough for our family to have meals at. We’ve been to Sperlonga three times. This is the first time we stayed here - but we are staying every time we come back from now on. Really tough to beat the views. It’s near the top of the hill - so a very short walk to dining and shopping. The walk down to the beach isn’t bad at all....

La casa e' ben attrezzata e soprattutto si trova in un contesto tranquillissimo, immerso nella natura, eppure a una camminata di scarsi dieci minuti dal centro del paese. "This is a beautiful property with a lovely patio. We loved eating out under the canopy! It is 2 miles from the town, but a short walk to the beach through the neighborhood across the road. There is an excellent Gelateria a short walk down the road, small grocery stores, a fruit stand, and little restaurants. The property itself is nicely furnished and clean. "Summer season not started yet. Lovely resort but nothing open. No facilities no hairdryer nothing in the room (it was a lovely room) but the facilities totally let it down. Wi-Fi is not good. We weren’t advised about breakfast asked on checkout and was told to go to the bar it was included. Ok if you want a pastry!!!! They did offer me a gluten free croissant eventually.
