Location: So much to do nearby. Located outside of Boston by 15( although traffic in and out during rush hours are longer) Historic Boston was AMAZING.
Great hotel. Great bkfast. I paid $50 through expedia than I did by direct booking this hotel. But that's ok. All hotels were sold out in the area and expedia got me in to the hotel to start.

Pros: They provide a good breakfast. Was quiet in the evening.
Location: The location was close to the airport which was conveint
We got in late but they still provide a shuttle to pick us up. The next morning the shuttle driver was very friendly and helpful.

Poor hotel, staff. Stay away.

Pros: None.
Cons: Everything starting from the front desk.
This hotel charged me $ 950 just for staying one night. They admitted a mistake but their billing department kept recharging after issuing the credit. I had to contact the credit card company. Very poor customer service. The hotel manager and the billing department cannot reconcile the charges though the manager gave a letter the charges were wrong. Stay away from this hotel.

OK hotel

Pros: The complimentary breakfast and the staff.
Cons: Condition of the elevators, have more shuttles running, more thorough cleaning in the rooms and bathrooms.
Location: Not too much around the hotel. A few restaurants within walking distance but it is located on a very busy road, so walking is a little bit tedious.
Front desk receptionist Ashante was SO helpful, she gave us some great suggestions and helpful tips. Hotel shuttle was unfortunately a little slow as the hotel is very out of the way of anything. But overall, OK.

Business Stay

Pros: The room was fine for one night.
Cons: Hotel needs upgrading.
Location: High traffic area and not much around.
Hotel was fine but off the beaten track. Was not aware of the train traffic directly behind the hotel. The "T" rail was a constant noise.

Good choice near Logan

Pros: Location to the airport, room was clean and comfortable, staff pleasant, and breakfast offerings were more than expected.
Cons: Could not see anywhere needing improvement.
Location: Did not stay but overnight, connecting arrival and departure from the airport.
Shuttle drivers - to and from the airport were pleasant and courteous. Late check in and the night front desk staff were pleasant and upbeat for such a late hour. Breakfast was great with enough selections to start the day on a full stomach. Location is close to the train station (the red line) for easy in to and out of Boston. Recommend this location be checked out when looking for a overnight stop or a visit to Boston.
