"Have stayed at this hotel many times since 2017, was in room 211 this time. As always the room was great, large size with a big shower. Now the new railway station is open its a quick walk through to the town centre. Very handy for the flibco bus to charleroi airport, the bus stops right outside"

"The room was clean, breakfast average. However, the room faced the tram and train staition and it was loud therefore till late in the night. The room was soundproof and I did not heard anything from the neighbours' rooms."

"We had an excellent time at B&B Hotel Mons. The rooms were spacious and comfortable with great bathrooms and comfortable beds. However, the best part of the stay was the customer service. Most notably, Theo, who greeted us at the front desk on both of our visits (we had two nights booked in separated by a night elsewhere). He was warm, genuine, friendly and even provided my partner an opportunity to practice her french. Theo also celebrated our engagement with excitement and glee and made us feel welcoming throughout. I am not sure if there is any reward for a good review. But Theo deserves commendation for his excellent customer service. We plan to return down the line and hope to be greeted with him then too."

"I cant fault this hotel. We are low maintence family who use this hotel as a base to travel around france. We visited disneyland and eftelling from this hotel. While both are a fair distance away we still found this hotel perfect"

"Friendly, welcoming staff. Booked an accessible room as it was the only one available at this time of night. Room was clean and spacious. Unfortunately it was noisy due to being near reception, lift and breakfast room. "
