"We arrived much earlier and wanted to drop off our luggage. We got to the hotel around 6am. There was no one at the front desk for about an hour. We knocked on the desk as there was no service bell and hollered in case someone was in the back room, called the hotel twice and someone finally picked up after the 2nd attempt. "They offered a variety of noodles and bread as well as offering cereal for breakfast options. They also had vending machines for coffee and snacks in the lounge. Staff was very friendly and accommodating especially being a foreigner it was easy to check in and out and the room was very spacious and provided many amenities. I'm grateful I was able to stay at this hotel for a week. "

"Temporary parking for check-in was great! Most hotels and pensions in South Korea are a nightmare due to a lack of space/land on the property.

"I visit my family in Incheon once a year and Hotel Sopra has been my go to hotel as it's close to my family and in a very convenient location. There is a 7-11 up the street along with a wonderful coffee shop (Holly's) and multiple restaurants. It's 2 blocks from a subway, too. The rooms are simple and clean. The service is kind and friendly, too. "

"Getting access information was challenging. The apartment was very cold in the living room. The couch was very worn and not comfortable. The kitchen ceiling was brown from leak stains. "The boss is too good! This place has everything you need. It's comfortable, the communal area is not too cramped, and I could enjoy meeting the other nice guests during our new years seollal party.
The location is good if you want to live quietly at home. I like the peaceful neighbourhood around this guesthouse - there is a market, restaurants, subway, and the library is very close if you need some space to study. I love you Disco Pang Pang! "
