A high quality experience!
From booking to checkout; from host communications to hospitality and service; our stay at The JOYce Residence was magnificent. Step through the front door into an extremely clean house, beautifully decorated and appointed. Restful colours and tasteful decor plus the welcoming gas fireplace in the kitchen/family area set the scene for accommodation that can’t be faulted. Little extras along with gorgeous bed linens that ensure ‘sleeping on a cloud’ restful nights will leave you not only wanting to stay in bed and spend another day, but will have you wanting to return to The JOYce Residence each time you plan a visit to the NSW Southern Highlands.
Our host, Angela, was responsive, accommodating and kind - we haven’t encountered a host quite like Angela before. Angela would have organised anything for us to make our stay memorable. From every aspect, it was just lovely…
