For a super quick overn

This was a basic, Days Inn style hotel given the name “resort” and all the unnecessary charges of a resort. Dated interiors, mediocre attention to cleaning details (cobwebs with bugs in them, mystery smears on the furniture), in some cases actual broken items that somehow no staff noticed in the course of cleaning or attending the room. There was no live TV after my first hour there for unknown reasons. And why did I pay $10 extra to park? It’s Bend, not NYC. Everyone is going to need a car. It’s not a luxury. Staff was nice, and the dog welcome gift is cute, but they’re packaging themselves as a a boutique, nicer resort and coming through as lower grade than that.

From start to finish my stay was great. Stayed over a week on business/leisure and loved everything about it, the grounds and golf course were beautiful the pools were clean and water was perfect! The cafe and restaurant were good and staff at both places were beyond nice. I spent the first couple days on the 1st floor and eventually moved to the 3rd floor which was a huge upgrade, rooms were so huge and clean, my patio had a great view of the golf course! I will stay here again and again.
