Perfect location for a beach vacation, close proximity to trolly and beach. However there are definite improvements that could be done to the property, bathroom door wouldn’t stay closed. No extras, only one roll of toilet paper. Found dirty sheet on fold out couch bed. the location outweighs the negatives.

Wonderful location-walking distance to beach, sound restaurants, and shops. Quiet, private condo complex with nice pool. Unit needs some TLC, new bedding including mattresses.

Bradenton Beach Get away
We enjoyed out trip to Bradenton Beach and our stay at this condo. For the price you can not beat the location. One block from beach with miles and miles of uninterrupted beach to to walk. Walking distance to restaurants and shops. We enjoyed the Beach House restaurant and Oma's both right at the end of the street. Host was easy to get a hold of and provided perfect check in and check out instructions. The condo had all of the basics needed for cooking etc. Would definitely return....

Overall, the stay was pleasant. Location is great, the property itself is nice. A plus was the heated pool. The condo is as described and was okay. Could use a good cleaning in parts and fresh paint. The porch table and chairs were so dusty, dirty did not want to use them. The toilet would run nonstop without manually correcting it most of the time. Plenty of fresh towels and sheets.

Charmen: I was unaware of problem with toilet running. Will address with repair person. As for dusty table on lanai our corner location unfortunately gets the wind, and dust but I will speak with housekeeping to recheck it. Thank you for your comments and hope that you will come again.

The AC ran 24/7. Temps were in the upper 90’s but at 79 degrees it should have turned off. The ceiling was coming down in multiple places. The recliner had a crappy cover on it be cause it had holes. The beach chairs were old and broken. No umbrella. Cooler was styrofoam and had no handle. The

Clearly you encountered issues that are not the norm for our condo. The broken items- cooler and chairs- must have been left there. New beach chairs and umbrella were just purchased in June. I am sorry you had to deal with that. Thank you for bringing the AC to my attention. Our AC guy then checked the unit but said functioning ok. I was advised the units simply could not keep up with the extreme hot weather of the past month. Again thank you for bringing your concerns to my attention. Peggy

A little bit of old Florida
This is a great place if you want to experience what Florida used to be. Lots of local spots, restaurants and bars to enjoy. The free trolley will take you all around the island. The beach is a block away and the heart of the town is right around the corner. The condo is a little dated and could use a few repairs, but the location is ideal. Definitely try the Italian restaurant on the corner.

I loved that the beach and restaurants were a short walk away. The pool was lovely even though it was a bit cool to swim. The pickleball court and small park with playground down the street is a hidden gem. The condo was clean and comfortable, and supplied with all things necessary for a relaxing stay.

Fair price. Great location for walking to beach, local shops and restaurants. Trolley very convenient for going further up island. A couple minor things, ceiling fans pretty dusty, the bed had no sheets under bedspread so I had to make it up. Sheets were provided. For the fees charged by VRBO on this property I expected better.

Extended weekend getaway!
The location of this condo is seriously around everything you need. Cute little setup, the screened in balcony was great as well as all of the ceiling fans! You can lay in bed and see the beach, and even watch the heat lightning at night. It was nice to cool off in the pool after a long day at the beach. The only thing I would recommend is bringing your own beach chairs as the chairs at the condo are a little dated. The beach umbrella came in handy too! Overall great stay and I would definitely come back to this rental!

Can Hardly Wait to Come Back!
We stayed in another condo in this building recently but this unit was nicer. It is on the 3rd floor, so you’ll be climbing stairs but that might be the only drawback. VRBO gave us the wrong key code & it took about an hour to get the correct one but that was our only drawback. The unit is on the end of the building so you don’t have anyone directly next to your screened-in patio, just tropical trees. It is also buffered from most of the noise that the pool guests make with their music & playing in the water which is nice at the end of a hot, Florida day when you just want to relax under the ceiling fan. The price & location are spot on & this condo is definitely on our short list of places to stay when we visit AMI & Bradenton Beach 4-5 times each year.

Great location in a nice complex
Location was great, space was clean. Easy walk to the beach, restaurants, shopping. Nice building with a well kept pool and a grill for use. Basic kitchen/bath amenities provided. Hoped there would be a few more beach items (bag, cooler, etc.) but the chairs and umbrella came in handy. Check in process was easy. Would stay again.

The island has so much to offer- glad your stay meet all your needs. Restaurants are just within a short walk. The AMI trolley is the way to get from one end of the island to the other including St Armands circle. Thank you for your stay- come back!!

Location convenient but struggled climbing 4 flights of stairs with my luggage, I am 80 and healthy. It took a while to figure out how the clothes washer and dryer worked. The laundry detergent bottle was empty. The bath tub plug needs some attention and water was leaking on the floor when I took a shower. The Condo was well stocked with most other items. The instruction booklet was helpful and the additional notes were appreciated. There is no light over the front door coded entry panel, so have a flashlight app on your phone for night entry.

Thank you for your stay and comments. We appreciate you letting us know about the water on the floor after the shower. There is an exterior light just to the left of the door entry. The switch is directly to the left of door on the INSIDE wall. We provide the initial supply of the paper products but not laundry detergent supplies; however the washer and dryer are for your use during your stay. Housekeeping launders bed and bath linens at check out. It can be difficult with luggage as the condo is located on the second floor.

Cute Condo Close to Bridge St
Cute and well decorated condo super close to Bridge St. literally a 5 minute walk to many restaurants and bars and the beach! Owners were great with communicating. Plenty of towels and bedding and chairs and umbrella for the beach. There are two flights of stairs to climb to condo, just a heads up. Everything that is needed for a long weekend is there to use! Covered parking for a single car also. Beach is right across the street and trolly stop is right there as well. Thanks for a great long weekend!

Kleines, nettes Apartment, leider nicht sauber und renovierungsbedürftig.
Die ganze Anlage ist stark in die Jahre gekommen und benötigt ein update. Das Apartment war zwar nett, aber doch recht unsauber. Im Sofa waren Krümmel und Chips Reste. Auf dem Kühlschrank und anderen Ablagen war dick Staub. Toilettenspülung funktionierte nicht. Die Strandstühle waren defekt und verrostet. Das Badezimmer ist absolut nicht mehr zeitgemäß. Von daher ist der Preis meiner Meinung nach nicht gerechtfertigt! Wir haben schon in wesentlich moderneren Wohnungen auf AMI gewohnt die sogar preiswerter waren.
