“Good breakfast, nice room rural pretty location interesting history”

“En la habitación número 11 hace falta una silla cómoda para poder dejar algunos objetos ”

“Un poco de frío en la habitación , desayuno muy básico ”

“If you are looking for a quiet stay in the middle of the NH Lake Sunapee region, this is your place. From the moment we stepped into the Inn to the time we left, it was a great experience. The game closet was full with fun games and the other guests we met were great to hang out with. No TV made everyone actually talk to each other and learn about each other. The chairs by the lake are great for that afternoon nap or just watch nature and read a book. The room was comfortable and the bed was...

“Great space to accommodate our family, everything we needed was available and the hosts were friendly and accommodating. Loved the quiet and being in the woods.”

“Everything was great. We would definitely stay here again.”

“The property was easy to find. We arrived late and I was happy that the lights were on. Easy to find our room key and room. The big negative is our room was not cleaned. The beds were not made, there was some garbage in the room trash and the towels were used. Like I s”

“We stay at the Brook Wood Inn when visiting family in nearby Unity. This was our 2nd stay at the Inn and it is very relaxing place to stay. The common areas and kitchen is great, we always make our own breakfast and have a nice cup of coffee together each morning :)”

“This was my 3rd time staying at Dexter’s Inn and hopefully not the last. It is a wonderful inn with easy access to Mount Sunapee. ”

“Everything was perfect! Cozy place, comfy bed, hot shower, coffee in the am and location was perfect for skiing!”

“Beautiful location and easy check in/out. Gorgeous room w/ nice amenities, super clean!”

“You need carpeting upstairs- the amount of stomping around at 530am over the weekend was frustrating. I also understand not serving food right now- however to expect guests to not eat in the comfort of their own rooms and expecting them to eat out in a common area but not serving food is a little hypocritical to be honest. The facility was nice, i liked being able to come and go as i pleased. ”

“Didn't like that no staff was available or reachable! Power out - no response. Check-in problems - no staff or response. Coffee maker quit - nobody to help us or to inform on site in the moment Reservations were a mess due to "responses" from Expedia (our booking service), VRBO, and "Hosteeva" - the last 2 of which we never used! Who is in charge and why are they not there? The system sucks.”

“I love this place - the only issue was the heater in the room would not regulate - it was a steady 79 degrees no matter how much we tried to lower the thermostat. We followed instructions but we could not lower it”

“This property is a good value. I would stay here again.”
