My kids loved the game room and especially the owner's puppy Henry who we were lucky enough to see walk by. My husband had a work meeting and my kids and I needed a ride to the mountain Saturday morning and Caitlin very graciously dropped us off! So that's our first time staying here but definitely will not be our last! If VRBO let me, I'd give it 10 stars!"

"Beautiful property! We rented this for an intimate wedding ceremony by the water with a dock for our boat entry. The setting was perfect! The house was spotless and exceeded my expectations. There is a small country store 10 minutes away that had everything we needed like coffee and snacks. There is a delicious pizza place 14 minutes away that served as a Friday night treat. "We were in town to visit some friends and catch a day of skiing at Mt. Sunapee. Our very late check in process was easy. The property was very clean with plenty of room. This property is very unique and fun to stay in. We had 3 big bedrooms, all with a private bath. The location is amazing - right at the bottom of the Mt Sunappe slopes & across the street from Skinners Ski Rental and a great restaurant and bar. Rudi was fast to respond when we had a question. "We loved our stay at the Cozy Cabin! It was wonderful to view the sunrise over the lake from the windows each morning. The lake was easy to access. The owners of the cabin were very helpful and have thought of everything to make things comfortable and enjoyable. It’s a good idea to plan your meals and bring all of your food with you so you never have to leave and can enjoy all of your time at the cabin and on the lake. "We enjoyed our stay very much. We did not use the water activities due to weather, but we went for the cool tempertures and fall leaves. Tom is great and available for any questions.
