Dirty bathtub, dirty floors, rusted lamps, dingy yellowed pillowcases, a washcloth literally disintegrated, wall had blood on it, halls smell, only waffles, cereal, yogurt, and bananas offered at breakfast.
This was the starting point of a long distance motorcycle ride. I was freezing and got in late. The desk staff as amazing she made sure I had everything I needed and was patient when I was fumbling around looking for stuff.
Room was very clean and comfortable bed and pillows. Great price too!
My main worry always is that the room is not clean but I was happy to see the room and bathroom were clean. Fresh coffee and breakfast is provided. We enjoyed our stay.
I was highly disappointed that after being out all day we returned to our hotel and our room door was open. We will never stay in the Bradford pa quality inn again. Highly disappointed and nothing was done about it. Sad

It was quiet and was a stop for the night between jobs. I didn't have any issues you get what you pay for.
The staff was very friendly but just place was in very rough shape. there was mold around the calking in the shower, hair behind the sink faucet on the counter and my biggest complaint is there was no complimentary breakfast like it said online. Instead there was a box of muffins prepackaged on the counter. No fruit, nothing else to eat. There was some coffee that was so so.
Under construction with no notice prior and they were working loudly and very early. Layout made it difficult to access mini fridge and closet. Toilet bolt coming up from floor and seat broke. Pillows soft but more the size of throw pillows. Heater was off on arrival and was not initially working because it needed reset. Great customer service however and apologized over construction.
The hotel has had major flooding issues prior to our stay, still major construction in progress. Advertising on website site free hot breakfast is included, Nothing except for a banana, no coffee. Room was clean but very few toiletries. Building also didn't lock after certain time, anyone could have just walked in & around. This hotel yrs ago used to be Comfort Inn ,& compare from then to now, really has gone down hill.

Room was comfortable and clean for our overnight stay. Bathroom was missing bath towels.
I use hotels that offer breakfast. My wife is handicapped and it is helpful to have something to eat ready when we get up.
In the lobby " breakfast" consisted of:
A. 2 mini muffins
B. 4 rotten bananas
(Photo enclosed)
I went back and spent an hour getting my wife dressed so we could go out to find something to eat. We ordered breakfast at a diner ($35) but my wife became ill because she hadn't had food. We had the food packed up for take out but she ate little back at the hotel because it was so long without food.
She's finally recovering now that we're back home.
If I had known that breakfast was a joke, we would have stayed somewhere else.
YOU SHOULD NOT BE ABLE TO ADVERTISE THAT YOU OFFER BREAKFAST when you DON'T!

Beds were comfortable and room was spacious. Break fast good with waffles, cereal and fruit

When we arrived, the safe didn't work. There reply was no one usually uses them anyway. No one showed up to fix. Ended up doing it myself. Twice the toilet kept running because the chain kept falling off. As for the full hot breakfast, that was a joke. It consisted of bread, cereal yogurt and a bowl of bananas. Last year I stayed at the hotel across the street. Their hot breakfast usually consisted of bacon, sausage, home fries eggs etc. etc.. What one would expect if they advertise "FULL HOT BREAKFAST". I guess in hindsight, you get what you pay for.
The room was clean but run down and smelled like curry for some reason. The temperature was at 65 degrees when we arrived. When I arrive at a hotel room at 1;30 a.m. that has been reserved weeks in advance, I should be able to immediately go to bed in a room that is a reasonable temperature. Breakfast was horrible. Why advertise it if you are not going to provide something decent. All that was there was bread, waffles, some yogurt and some cereal. Not a bagel or a muffin in sight. No fruit. We left without eating and picked up something on the road. A decent edible breakfast for two is a $20 value. We won't be back. Unfortunately, this was our second miserable experience at a Quality Inn in the last six months. We are striking this chain off our list.
