In 2020 completely remodeled to provide a modern design to enjoy the lake views by the fireplace. Backyard leads to the water where guests can enjoy kayak rides, a dock, and fire pit. With a 3 season porch, RV pad/hookups, and unparalleled views of the lake, this home offers something for everyone! Through the winter evenings it’s a cozy place to snuggle by the fireplace while enjoying a glass of wine watching the snowflakes fall over the lake.

Amazing location, wonderful amenities
My husband and I rented the house for a week and two friends joined for the weekend. There was plenty of room for 4 adults and our two dogs. We had such an amazing time and truly hope to stay here again. Wonderful layout, so close to Brainerd/Baxter and Gull lake restaurants. Wonderfully appointed, lots of blankets, comfortable beds and nicely updated with a modern look and feel. It's definitely one of our favorite rentals ever. We hope to come back in the summer to enjoy the wonderful beach area!

All very nice. Excellent property. Need hot pad holders in kitchen. Also recommend cover for wood pile. Wet and not usable until we built a fire to dry out wet wood using other wood.
