Located in the centre of the village, you are just steps away from the local shops, cosy cafés and hiking trails that take you through the beautiful countryside. This holiday home is the perfect base for anyone who loves authenticity, space and comfort. A place that brings back memories and that you will return to again and again.
Winter sports fans benefit from the ideal location in relation to the ski resorts of Kirchberg-Kitzbühel (Panoramabahn gondola about 2 km away) and Bramberg-Neukirchen (Smaragdbahn ski lift about 2 km away).
In spring, summer and autumn, this region offers the most beautiful walks, cycling and mountain bike rides through untouched nature. Want to cool down on a hot summer day? There is a swimming pool 500 metres away on foot. The famous Großglockner but also the Krimmler Wasserfälle are nearby, and both are definitely worth a visit!
