Trotz des heißen Wetters war die Mansardenwohnung nicht überhitzt, es ging immer ein frisches Lüftchen, dass für eine angenehme Temperatur in der Wohnung und auf der Dachterrasse sorgte. Auch die Anbindung an den Nahverkehr durch die in unmittelbarer Nähe vorhandene Haltestelle ist hervorzuheben. Der Checkin-Prozess ging reibungslos vonstatten. "Pros: Bei einem Besuch in der alten Heimat waren wir angenehm überrascht, eine derart gut ausgestattete und gepflegte Fewo vorzufinden, so dass wir uns dort sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Da wir warmes Sommerwetter hatten, konnten wir das Freibad, welches fußläufig zu erreichen ist, mehrmals nutzen. Besonders hervorzuheben sind die unkomplizierten Vermieter und die kinderfreundliche Ausstattung. Wir kommen gern wieder und können diese Fewo sehr empfehlen."
