Anonymous, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We're glad that you found the unit clean and nicely decorated. - We wish you had contacted us, you did not reach out to me about any issue except being locked out you mentioned nothing else. There is onsite maintenance that will fix any problem as long as I am aware of it. I cannot fix something I do not know about. I never want a guest to be unhappy. - The unit has a keypad and the app showed it was working correctly, we installed new batteries over Memorial Day weekend. The system will lock you out after so many incorrect tries for a while, thank goodness it was not very long when I saw your message that you were back in. - My cleaning person is very good about checking TVs and remotes every time so I have a very hard time believing she would leave it in two pieces, but I will make sure they are all in good shape. - The garbage disposal was replaced when she realized it was broken. - There is no way for a cleaning person to know the ice maker is frozen up unless we are told, thank you for this information. - I have many guests that have been staying in my condos for 10-plus years and love staying there but they will let me know if something is wrong as well and I very much appreciate that. I want my guests to reach out to me when there is a problem. Onsite maintenance can come and fix it hopefully, if not I will call someone. I cannot guarantee I can answer my phone at the moment someone calls but I will call back ASAP. We are here for our guests. We do all we can to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. We will continue to deliver the 5-star experiences we are known for.

I am so sorry I did not even realize the description read that. I do not mean to mislead anyone. I have removed it. I had someone write my description for me but I should have checked it better. It does say it is top floor though so there has to be stairs, and the pictures show the size of the rooms. My housekeeper does a very good job of cleaning but some people complain about everything anyway so I do apologize you were not happy I have a very good rating.

Hi Susan, Thanks you for the review. I am very glad you enjoyed your stay. The ceiling lights do work in the bedroom they are on separate switches but the previous guests also must have pulled the chains on the actual lights turning them off as well, I had the cleaning lady check them ,it is a little confusing and I am sorry about that. I will add an addition reading lamp in the living room I have thought of that myself. Thank you and I hope you do come sgain.

I do not agree with this reveiw. It is not far that a guest can write anything they want in a reveiw. First being the owner there is no property manager to be called it is me and my number is on all check in information and written in the book in the condo. I WAS NOT CONTACTED EXCEPT BY TEXT MESSAGE ON THE DAY OF CHECKOUT ABOUT ANY ISSUE!!! If I would have been they would have been taken care of immediately. I know my cleaning lady had just done a deep clean on the condo which she does in the Spring and the Fall. The ice maker I cannot explain unfortunately it does happen to all of them once in a while but I am sorry you had to clean up ice off the floor. The TV is usually because a wrong button gets pushed and so the wrong channel is on for the Resort channels to work but I could have walked you thru it if I was contacted. The bed was fairly new but that should not happen when I had my maintenance person go to fix it it definitely was broke and on the floor. They do get used and jumped on unfortunately. When you checked out you did not do the checkout procedures on the checklist and without sounding nasty the toilet was not even flushed so the cleaning lady came into that. I am sorry you feel your experience was not as planned bit if you would have reached out to me which you did not until the day of departure which is to late for me to do anything to help the issues would have been fixed.
