'Go straight ahead on Nicolae Bălcescu Street until you reach Star Department Store. The following street (the one that goes up the hill) is Dobrogeanu Gherea. Local's Tip: When you reach the top of the hill, take the first street on the left before Cincinat Pavelescu Street and climb all the way to the water tower. The view is fantastic!' Arrived after 11 and left before 6. The front desk experience was excellent. Hope it was OK that I just left the key on the front desk - didn’t want to wake anyone up. Only negative was a couple of noisy guests - late night talking. Recommended
