A big hotel complex in the nature and in closed distance to the fjord with a beautiful SPA. 2km walk with our dog in the forest was great. Super friendly personal. Question for room service in SE not always ask, here it was part of service and followed our wish. Full recommend.

Unfortunately a lot of people in the Spa on a Saturday. We didn’t know that the spatime was limited and were given a really late time. The hotel was under construction and rooms very far away and quite old. Gym was very small and not enough machines. All in all we found the price way too expensive for what we got but the location, spa and breakfast were nice.

Nicely situated by the sea. Great breakfast. Good variety in pools. Ok rooms. Lots of activities to do outside and some inside. Would be nice If the cleaning staff didn’t barge in the room before checkout while I was in the shower… Other than that, we are very satisfied with the stay.

I’m surprised this is one of the most expensive hotels with a spa (spa not included) on the West coast, when the standard was so low. I don’t mind flaking paint, old dust etc when I pay a decent price but for 2500 SEK, I expect at least air condition. It was hard to even breathe in there. There were also workers outside of the room who were loud so it wasn’t very nice to have the windows fully open. We had asked for a king sized bed and were offered one for 500 sek extra, but when we got the room key we realized it was just two twin beds put together with a thin ”king size mattress” on top of them. That felt very shady to take 500 sek extra for. Never had that happen at any hotel before. The slippers for the spa were either so big you risked to break your ankle or so tight I got actual abrasions on your feet. I only had them on for a few minutes and decided to walk around bare foot cause of the pain but I still have big, red abrasions on both feet today (and I have size 39 eu shoes). Sorry for this Karen-review but I am really disappointed. The big plus about Vann was the restaurant and the staff working there, and the view of the lake.

Fantastiske spa-afdeling, 2 lækre restauranter og venligt og serviceminded personale. MEN…. Rengøringen på værelset var desværre langt under standard :-(. Måtte selv fjerne MANGE, lange sorte hår i brusekabinen ved ankomst og det så ikke ud til, at der var støvsuget overhovedet. Fandt ud af på sidstedagen, at man skulle bestille rengøring, hvis det skulle gøres: det ville jeg gerne have haft af vide ved indtjekning i receptionen, så det trækker desværre noget ned.

Vi hade en trevlig stund med fantastisk god mat på restaurangen vid kvällens middag, och en skön stund ute på terassen i vårsolen. Vi upplevde hotellet som rörigt och SPA-delen var inget vi skulle återvända för. Det var rent men inga direkta upplevelser och flera bad avstängda. Vi upplevde det inte som ett SPA utan mer som en utökad relaxavdelningen.

Flott utsikt

Flott beliggenhet med nydelig utsikt. Fint med gratis parkering. Bra med kjøleskap på rommene. Veldig hyggelig betjening. Gjennomsnittlige rom, veldig varmt på rommene. Noe nedslitt rundt omkring. Flott med biljardbord, padel, volleyball og tueløype på utsiden bla. Veldig flott spa! Elsket utebassengene. Veldig bra frokost, bortsett fra eggerøra, som var helt blek og smakløs. Ved utsjekking var det veldig lang kø til resepsjonen. Vært bra med en luke å legge nøkkelkorta i f.eks.

Hotel mit wunderschöner Umgebung

Das Hotel befindet sich gut erreichbar, aber für sich alleine am Wasser, umgeben von Wald. Das Restaurant ist ausgezeichnet, die Umgebung sehr schön. Erwähnenswert sind auch die vielen Anschlüsse für Elektrofahrzeuge.
