"When I arrived to check in, I was informed that the room I had reserved was not available. The staff were not helpful in resolving the issue, and when I requested to speak with a manager, my request was denied. Given the lack of assistance and accountability, we ultimately decided not to stay. I’m extremely disappointed with the experience."

"Minha estadia no hotel foi simplesmente maravilhosa! A localização é perfeita, próxima ao centrinho turístico, mas ainda assim tranquila, ideal para quem quer descansar. O quarto estava impecável, super limpo e aconchegante, com uma vista linda das montanhas. A cama era extremamente confortável, garantindo noites de sono revigorantes. O café da manhã foi um dos pontos altos da experiência: grande variedade de opções, incluindo pães, frutas frescas e pratos típicos da região, tudo muito saboroso.
