Our Gold Camp condo is a perfect year round get away! This condo is a great option and terrific value given the excellent location, continuous updates and amenities, cleanliness & and high functionality.

-Location, Location, Location. Easy access to and from Peak 8 and town. Located only 1/4 mile from the base of Peak 8. Getting to and from ski slopes and town is quick and convenient on the FREE shuttle that picks you and and drops you back off. Shuttle stop is a very short distance (2-5 minute walk) from condo.
-Beautiful mountain view and quiet location at the back end of Gold Camp complex. No parking lot views.
-High vaulted ceiling, windows, and sky lights provide a lot of natural light and spaciousness.

-Continuous updates include:
-Updated kitchen with NEW appliances, granite counter tops, flooring, cabinets, etc.
-Updated bathroom and vanity area.
- Vinyl plank flooring for function and cleanliness.
-Queen sleeper sofa with high quality mattress.

Great, quick stay!

Our stay here was very enjoyable! It’s in a great location close to downtown Breckenridge, with shuttle service there and back. The check in process was easy, and we will definitely be returning for future visits.

Exceptional stay at Breck

Wonderful property for our family of four. Very cozy, well appointed and easy access to the slopes as well as to town. Definitely would rent this property again on our next visit to Breck.

Great location!

The property was in a great location, easy access to the slopes and to downtown. The owners were super responsive when we had questions or issues (very minor and remedied in less than 12 hours). We would absolutely stay here again!

This 2 bed condo was perfect for the 2 of us. It was not walkable to town, but that was ok. We could walk to the lift nearby and the gondola and the bus pick up was right in front of the complex. Easy. We agree with others that it was quiet. Stairs were a nice workout daily!!

Nice, clean accommodations close to Peak 8.

We enjoyed our week long stay. Found accommodations comfortable and clean. Parking is ample and close by. Condo is on 3rd floor so keep stairs in mind. Great views as a reward.

Perfect Breckenridge Condo!!!!!!!!!

We really enjoyed this condo with all the updated amenities. The brand new kitchen is very tasteful and perfect for family dinners when not out enjoying the many restaurants Breck has to offer. We'll definately be back!!

Great Extended Stay

The condo was perfect for our month long stay in Breckenridge. It was very well equipped, nicely decorated and exceptionally clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. We especially enjoyed the fireplace after a day on the slopes which were easily accessible by bus or skiing. The Tully's kept in touch to make sure all was going well. We are already planning our stay for next year!

Great Option for a casual ski vacation

Nice location that is a short walk either to the 4-o'clock run off of the curve on Grandview drive, or to the base of Peak 8. Perfect size for a family of 4, even when we decided to stay in and binge watch Netflix on our ski days off. Appreciated that this unit is individually owned by a couple and not some giant property management conglomerate.

Great location and amenities

We spent 4 nights with a family of 4 to enjoy skiing and really enjoyed the apartment and what it offered. We cooked every night and found all the amenities we needed. We even had humidifiers in each room which is great for Breckenridge altitude. I would highly recommend this nice condo as it is only 10 minutes (ski boots) walking distance.

Another Great Experience

Once again we had an outstanding stay at the condo for a month. We greatly enjoyed the new kitchen and shower. It truly has all the comforts of home and the location is unbeatable! The owners were very attentive and checked to make sure everything was in order. We are already looking forward to visiting again next year.

Our Annual February Ski Trip

This property is 100% amazing. The most stocked VRBO we have ever used, clean and convenient. The owners were able to accommodate our early arrival which was wonderful. We enjoyed the slopes so much this week and the town restaurants were great. Our favorite was Kenosha Grill and Smoke. Everyone should go there! Thank you so much for a great week.

Beautiful place and location

We have stayed in five different properties in Breckenridge over the years. This was by far the nicest. The location to the ski hill was great. We also appreciated the ski locker so we didn't have to carry equipment up flights of stairs. The amenities were as described and check in and check out was easy. Our daughter has some health issues so we greatly appreciated how clean everything was. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Great Family Getaway

I love it when a property is just as it looks in the pictures. This condo is updated and nice with a great classic mountain cabin vibe. The rooms are comfortable and our kids loved the bunkbeds. My favorite part, though, was the large counter in the kitchen that everyone could sit around and eat and chat. It's open to the living room and that brings everyone together. This comfortable place has everything you need for a great stay, and I especially appreciated the owners supplying their contact information and offer to text or call them with any questions. We hope to stay there again soon.

Great condo! Very nice and so close to peak 8!

This condo was amazing, you could tell the owners really upgraded it and decorated it so cutely. It was very clean and the best part was it was soooo close to the top of peak 8 where we were skiing. The rooms were very spacious. There was only 1 bathroom but they had an extra sink/vanity station that was super helpful when all 4 of us were getting ready. My only suggestion is they get more comfortable mattresses for the bunk beds or mattress toppers. Other than that it was truly a perfect experience!! I would stay there again.

Great little condo!

We really enjoyed our stay here & would definitely recommend. Clean and updated space, short drive to Main Street. Property owners were very nice & helpful. The best part was having a second sink located outside of the bathroom, so multiple people could all get ready even if the actual bathroom was in use. Our party had an infant and there was room for a pack and play in the 2nd bedroom. There is no elevator so pack lightly if you’re worried about climbing several sets of stairs; no washer/dryer in unit (but can use community pay machines), and no AC (not a big deal at night as the windows open, but it did get warm during the day inside even with the windows and doors open...we stayed in August and highs of 75-82*).

Perfectly Cozy!

This was the ideal spot for our family vacation! It's perfectly located with easy access to everything we needed. This was our first trip to Breckenridge, and we were pleasantly surprised by how convenient it was to take the bus to and from Peaks 7 and 8 – such a game changer! Perfect Holiday stay in Breckenridge

This condo was perfect for my family of 2 parents and 2 teenagers. Very easy check in and check out. The condo was super clean, pristine! It had everything we needed, plenty of fluffy towels, extra blankets, great array of kitchen supplies. It was nice to be on the top floor -- for the views and the extra quiet. We used the bus to get to peaks 7 and 8 and also to get downtown. Very easy. We also skied home on the 4 o'clock run. I highly recommend this condo!
