Loved it
I loved the place. It was super cozy but still had a modern touch to it. It had literally EVERYTHING, all kitchen supplies/blow dryer/ shower supplies. I could also tell it had a women’s touch which was nice. The only downside was that I think they were doing construction on the floor above us and it was super loud.

Breck is beautiful!
Need more firm mattress but everything else was very good! Recommend Sleep-Numbers for rentals! We are all different with respect to firmness!

Location was perfect
The location of this property was perfect as it was less than a minute walk to my sons home where I was visiting. However, I would say that the unit is in need of attention. And better attention to the details. There was a suggestion that you run a humidifier that was supplied and there was not one present. They brought a humidifier and quite possibly could cover a bathtub area if that. Also there was standing water in the dishwasher upon arrival. Then when I use the dishwasher it leaked and there was still standing water. I let the property management know and they said they would fix it for the next guests. Also there’s suggestions of how to keep the unit cool as there is no air-conditioning and that would be to close the shades I closed the shades and the curtain rod broke. Again I told the property management and they said they would get that fixed for the next guest. I feel as though they were prompt in responding to my requests/needs however they did not satisfy my requests as I would have expected.

Great stay
The process was very simple and easy. The property was very nice. The property does not have air-conditioning, but once you open the doors and windows, it’s plenty cool. Great view from the balcony.
