PARKING:
Parking for 2 Vehicles

Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.

WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Park Place B203 is a beautifully remodeled premium condo, decorated in mountain décor, with great access to the slopes and downtown. It is a short walk or shuttle ride to the Snowflake lift, then ski down Four O’Clock Run and walk to this condo. It is a short stroll to historic Main Street for après-ski or great dining.

Park Place B203 is a two-bedroom, two bath, 1250 square foot, ski-in condominium located on the 2nd floor of the Park Place 'B' building.

The updated kitchen is fully equipped for cooking needs, with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats 6 plus has 3 bar stools at the counter.

The living area has a queen size hide-a-bed, 55” flat-screen TV, beautiful gas fireplace with books and DVD’s to enjoy.

Park Place condominium complex is located at the corner of Park Avenue and Four O'clock Road, within walking distance (1000 feet) of the Snowflake double chairlift. Four O'clock road has free bus transportation to Peaks 8 & 9. The complex is across the street from the Performing Arts Center and one block from downtown Breckenridge. In the summer, hike up the mountain from the Four O'clock trail/ski run, just 1/2 block away; in the winter, ski down from the top of Peak 8, highest chairlift in North America-- a 3 1/2 mile run.

The master bedroom has custom aspen log furniture, with a King-size Sleep Number bed, with a Euro top mattress, a flat-screen TV, remodeled private bathroom with steam shower, washer and dryer, and new cabinets.

The second bedroom has a King bed with a new Euro top mattress and twin bunk beds, with new firm mattresses, flat-screen TV, private bathroom with a tub/shower.

Winter Highlights:
Walk up the street (1000 feet, or 50 feet to the free shuttle bus that runs every 20 minutes) to get to the Snowflake Chairlift. You can make your way to the highest chairlift in North America, the Imperial Chair, and ski down 3 1/2 miles back to this condo for lunch, or at the end of the day to soak those tired legs in the hot tubs in the complex. You can also enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. In the last week of January you can see Breckenridge's annual International Ice Sculpture Contest, and all winter, the new Lighted Ice Castle; both are just across the street from Park Place.

Summer Highlights:
Walk 2 blocks up the street to two trails that go alongside Sawmill Creek. From there it is a 3/4 mile hike to 4 O'Clock Reservoir. For the more adventurous, you can walk 1/2 block to the 4 O'Clock Trail and then hike to the top of 12,998 foot Peak 8 . Mountain bike up the 4 O'Clock Trail or ride a "comfort" bike on the 9 mile paved path alongside the Blue River. Enjoy the Upper Village heated outdoor pool and hot tub complex. Walk 1 block to downtown Breckenridge's many restaurants and shops. Enjoy the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River, the Breckenridge Pro Rodeo, and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts. You can also enjoy Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8, featuring an alpine slide, two person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9.

Wonderful experience
The property was right across the street from the shuttle. Super close walk to downtown. Steam shower was a bonus. Kitchen was well stocked. Humidifiers in each room really helped with the dry air. We will be back.

The location and set up of this property was perfect for our family of 5. We loved the set up of the condo, walking distance to Main St, and the ability to ski off the Four O'Clock run. The condo itself was well stocked with dishes, utensils, etc and was very clean upon arrival. We would definitely recommend this place!!

Park Place at Breckenridge
Nice condo...very spacious although there were only 3 of us. Great location...easy walk to downtown...easy walk to the bus stop on 4 O'Clock road with a quick ride to the Gondola. Also used the bus system to come back from Peak 9 at the end of the day. The grill on the patio was great...we usually cook most of our meals and used the grill several times. Always handy to have a washer and dryer in the unit and also used it a few times. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was one of the best stocked I have ever rented with great up to date appliances. I have rented through VRBO for many years and my only negative comment would be that I had to choose between paying 79 dollars for non refundable insurance or 3000 dollars refundable deposit...way too high especially for an established renter. We also had great late season skiing with no lift lines all week!!

Enjoyed our stay! It was perfect for our getaway. Two couples and two toddlers. Loved having our own bathrooms and bedroom space. Showers and bathrooms were clean. Rooms were clean. Kitchen had everything we needed and more! We used the washer and dryer, so that was helpful to have. Had some trouble locating the code in my email to get the key out of the lock box, had to call the emergency number and that took a few minutes to contact someone. It was late when we arrived so that was no fun to wait with our toddlers super tired and ready for bed. Coffee maker kept overflowing the coffee grounds. Back porch was a bit dirty from pollen, maybe? We needed maybe 1 more fan to circulate air during the day while the two we had were being used in the bedrooms during naps. Other than those things, we had a fabulous time. LOVED being so close to town. Literally a 5 minute walk, if that. We enjoyed the July 4 parade and learned the secret of walking as far down to the starting location of the parade where there were LESS people and more shade. Would totally stay here again if there was a new coffee maker! ;-D Thanks for allowing us to stay! Can’t wait to visit Breck again! Beautiful!

Perfect Location/Clean
We were very pleased with our stay at Park Place (B203), it was clean and had the space we needed. We had four adults (2 couples) and the fact that both the bedrooms had king beds & private bathrooms was definitely key in choosing this condo. The location was perfect! We were one block from Main Street and could walk wherever we went. We were close enough that we were able to take a day trip to Vail. We loved Breckinridge and plan to return again next year & will try to rent the same condo. Overall, I would give this location a 10/10 the condo was very clean & had everything we could have possibly needed. I highly recommend this for your vacation. I have to add that we were there in July but if you're a skier this would be the perfect place for you to stay.

First time in Denver area. Great vacation in downtown Breckenridge. This well stocked condo made for a good location to see this beautiful town. Condo had all the things to make it a home away from home. It was relaxing, and made for an enjoyable stay. Great place to stay any time of the year and would happily stay here again.

All the basics and conveniently located, with a few could-be-improved ideas
We found everything mostly as described, and had a great time at Breck. This location is ideal (very low street-noise, in spite of nearby high-traffic roundabout). We would return, but there are a few things that would help vacationers: (1) The buildings are not numbered on all sides, so when one arrives, it is a puzzle as to where to park to unload. A map at many locations (with You Are Here tab) would be helpful. (2) There are three floors on most buildings, connected by wooden walkway, a bit of a labyrinth. It is also very noisy when folks tromp across it in hiking boots (and presumably ski boots). Loud voices carry directly into the condos at all hours. So bring good earplugs for sleeping. (3) Rooms are a comfortable size but with little floor space to spare. (4) Our TV in common area did not work at all, and we spent 20 minutes with a Comcast representative trying to get it functional (final success). Be prepared for this. (5) Swimming pool and hot tubs are a good block away: a bit of a long to walk with a lot of gear, but too short to drive. Otherwise, condo is furnished with most of what we needed, and tastefully decorated. Enjoy!

Well stocked, well cared for, nice condo.
We enjoyed our stay in B203 Park Place, the condo was very well stocked. Had I known just how stocked it was I would have brought more to prepare meals in the condo! Nice pots and pans and all utensils, crock pots, baking dishes, cupcake pans, just as much or more than my own home kitchen! Kids enjoyed the bunk beds, and all of the appliances were new and very nice. Main couch wasnt all that comfy for sitting but it was also a fold out so not many of those are comfy for sitting. More than adequate pillows, blankets, etc, nice modern washer/dryer which is so nice when staying with kids that go through clothes! Only thing that would make the condo better was a little update in the bedrooms/bathrooms as far as a little more modern design and higher water pressure for showering (that could be an issue for the whole area though). Easy walk downtown not too much up hill walking. Easy check in and check out, would stay here again and recommend it to others!

We had a great stay at this condo this past weekend. Clean and the pictures were accurate. Plenty of space for our family of 5. The kitchen had everything we needed and the condo was just a 5 minute walk from Main Street. It was a great stay for us!

Highly satisfied overall with condo unit and amenities. Updated kitchen, appliance and kitchenware. Extremely happy with bedroom units and each having their own baths. Nice having the ability to grill outside, but very impressed with the ease of obtaining key to without a physical check-in and was equipped with finely detailed self check-out info.
