In Town Vacation Rental within Walking Distance to Slopes, Bike Trails & Main St

This updated 2 bedroom and 2 bath, two-level condo located within walking distance to the Quicksilver ski lift at the base of Peak 9 and Breckenridge Ski School is the perfect location for your Breckenridge vacation. This superbly located and well-appointed condo is walking distance to Main Street's many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the popular Arts District and Riverwalk.

Rental includes access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, steps away from the condo. The pool clubhouse, which is newly renovated, includes a changing area with showers.

Pool and hottubs are closed for maintenance: Sept 14 - Nov. 21, 2025

Underground garage parking for one car is included with the rental, as well as one permit for short-term parking in Snow Drop Condominium designated parking spaces. Ski lockers are conveniently located in the garage.

Sleeping Accommodations
The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private deck. The second bedroom includes twin bunkbeds, and a trundle bed. The living room sofa can be converted to a full bed.

Two full baths. One on first floor, one on second floor.

Great family getaway

Wonderful short stay while in town for a hockey tournament. Close to the rink and walked to Main Street for meals and shopping. Condo had everything you need and we cooked multiple meals while we were there. Would stay again!

This was our first official family ski vacation out west. The condo was the perfect fit for what we were looking for. The ad was very accurate in both layout as well as location to town. Communication with owners was fantastic and overall we had an amazing trip. Highly recommend.

Fantastic summer getaway

Perfect location!

This was a perfect spot for our family to stay. We were in town for a hockey tournament and were within walking distance to the rink. While we didn't make it up to the hill, it would have been easy access to the lifts.The condo was spacious and had everything we needed. Would book again for our next trip to Breck!

Condo is great for four people. Condo is very clean. Location is great - walking distance to conference at Beaver Run Resort (fun cut through the woods and next to river). And walkable to Main Street with all the great shopping and restaurants.

This was the perfect size for 2 parents with 2 adult kids. The balcony was nice to sit and enjoy a summer evening. The location is super close to the free bus. The condo was clean and a good size parking spot.

Cozy condo, wonderful location!

My family and I stayed this past weekend and had an amazing visit. Camille was extremely communicative and we had no issues accessing the property. The condo is clean and roomy, perfect for a family. The location was amazing… we walked to everything on Main Street the whole weekend. Having access to the pool and hot tubs was also a plus, as they were very nice! My family and I would definitely recommend and would stay here again!

Relaxing vacation

Camille was a fantastic host. Her condo had above and beyond anything you could possibly need while enjoying a little time away from home. We always look for a pool, and this location had a great pool with 4 hot tubs. We enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the deck watching a hummingbird flit from tree to tree. Close to Main Street, and great hiking trails within walking distance as well. Highly recommend this location. Thanks for a great stay!

Family getaway

We enjoyed a few night stay in Breck for a little family ski weekend. Plenty of beds for everyone, comunity pool was convenient and nice for kids. Kitchen and dining area were a bit tight for our group but thats the only complaint. Garage parking was nuce but the key access was a little inconvenient. Camille and her husband were fantastic with communication, check in and out were seamless.
