This superbly located and well-appointed condo is walking distance to Main Street's many shops, restaurants and cafes, as well as the popular Arts District and Riverwalk. Rental includes access to an outdoor heated pool and hot tubs, steps away from the condo. The pool clubhouse, which is newly renovated, includes a changing area with showers. Pool and hottubs are closed for maintenance: Sept 14 - Nov. 21, 2025 Underground garage parking for one car is included with the rental, as well as one permit for short-term parking in Snow Drop Condominium designated parking spaces. Ski lockers are conveniently located in the garage. Sleeping Accommodations The master bedroom includes a king-size bed and a private deck. The second bedroom includes twin bunkbeds, and a trundle bed. The living room sofa can be converted to a full bed. Bathrooms Two full baths. One on first floor, one on second floor. Living/Dining Area Located on the second floor, the open floor plan offers a space for relaxing and socializing. Amenities include a gas fireplace, covered outdoor deck, TV, blue-ray, and dining table.
