Perfect Location in the Heart of Breck. Pool.

This is a ski-in two bedroom plus loft condo (1200 sq.ft.) in the heart of Breckenridge. Two private bedrooms plus loft with its own bathroom, living room, full kitchen, dining area, It's located in a very safe neighborhood on the backside of the building - no noise from the road and view of Peak 8. It's just a block from Main Street and two blocks from the Gondola. The condo is on the top floor in a building with an elevator.

The condo sleeps 8 privately and 10 people maximum. There is a queen bed in the master bedroom and loft and bunk beds in the second bedroom.

There is a 32" TV with live channels and a DVD player in the living room.

Hot Tub. The community hot tub is professionally maintained and is open daily until 10:00pm.

Pool. On-site seasonal pool. The pool is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Free wi-fi in the condo.

Skiing. The condo is located on Four O'Clock Run, so you can ski pretty much all the way to the condo. The easiest way to get on the mountain is to take the Gondola.

Shopping and Restaurants. Historic Main Street with all restaurants and shops is only a block away. There are factory stores in Silverthorne (about 30-minute drive).

Parking. There is free parking for one car in the carport or anywhere around the building.

This condo is clean and it's a great budget/affordable accommodation right in the heart of Breckenridge. It's a great option for all the amenities, proximity to town and everything Breckenridge has to offer.

Quiet hours are from 10pm - 7 am.

Due to the COVID-19, our cleaning lady is taking extra care to disinfect frequently touched surfaces with products that meet the EPA's criteria and we follow the CDC's Cleaning Guidelines.

Cozy Condo - Perfect Location
We stayed at this property for a ski weekend. It was cozy, clean, convenient, and check in and out were effortless. Beds were comfortable and all of the baths had moisturizer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash,, etc. The gondola is almost directly across the street and on your last run, you will end up within minutes of the condo. All restaurants were within a short walking distance. I would highly recommend this condo for a cozy stay in Breckinridge.

This unit was great for our group and our family’s intentions on this trip. It housed 5 of us comfortably. The 3 bedrooms had 3 adjacent full baths so nobody had any issues. Access to go snowboarding on the mountains was not difficult at all; Breck Connect Gondola was a short walk away. Beds were comfortable, including the bunk beds. And the owner gave excellent instructions prior to check in and check out so there was no questions or problems.

Great Place and location
The host was so very helpful when an item broke in the unit, it was resolved within 24 hours. The place was a great location to town and the slopes, beds were great, kitchen had so many items that would normally not be available in the unit. Made it so easy for us to cook our meals each night rather than going out. We will definitely keep this place for future stays.

First of all, Daniel is an amazing host! He was so quick to respond to any Qs I had prior to arrival. The unit is so convenient to the slopes and town. We never drove all week which is cause for an amazing holiday! We will book here again for sure.
